Carl Csukas

Partner

Carl qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and, since then, has worked full-time on litigation matters.  Carl specialises in and has dealt with a wide range of property disputes and professional negligence cases.

Carl's experience in real property disputes includes boundary, Party Wall, right of way, right to light and other easement issues to commercial landlord and tenant matters, breach of contract, breach of covenant, claims to equitable interests in land, misrepresentation, rectification, adverse possession and coal mining subsidence.

Carl has pursued negligence claims against solicitors, accountants and tax advisors, IFA’s, architects, engineers and pension trustees as well as defending a valuation surveyor on a claim by a mortgage lender.

Carl takes a commercial approach and understands that claims often have to be pursued in order to remove a blight or give value back to the asset in question.  He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
