Mark Abrol

Mark heads up our contentious Trust and Probate team.  With more than 25 years of litigation experience, Mark is always looking for ways to add value to his clients, irrespective of whether they are bringing or defending a claim, and prides himself on achieving the best possible outcome for a client.  He deals with all areas of contentious trust and probate work, with particular emphasis on resolving disputes between executors, bringing professional negligence claims and advising in relation to proprietary estoppel claims.

Mark also acts as a professional trustee and executor and is often asked to act as personal representative in estates which involve complex or unusual contentious elements.  Mark is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
