Our People

Mark retired as a Partner in September 2026, having led the Disputes team since 2018.

In his new role as a Business Development Consultant, Mark focuses on nurturing existing relationships and building connections with new contacts and referrers. His work takes him across the UK, while he maintains close links throughout Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

A keen golfer, Mark continues to run the Any Excuse for Golf Society (AEFGS), which he founded in 2000. The society combines charitable fundraising with opportunities for business networking.

Mark is also working towards playing the top 100 golf courses in Great Britain and Ireland. With more than 60 completed, he is discovering just how much travelling the challenge involves!
