Natasha Smith

Natasha joined Meridian in January 2018 and is a Partner in the Tax team.

She qualified as an accountant in 1996 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1998.

Natasha has more than 30 years’ experience providing tax advice to high net worth individuals and their businesses, to include tax planning at shareholder level for succession, exits, mergers, demergers and acquisitions.

She also advises on property transactions, including SDLT matters and has significant experience in advising on employee incentivisation through shares and share options.

In addition to tax, Natasha enjoys running, walking, cooking for family and friends, theatre (watching not performing) and holidaying.
