Emma-Louise Green

Emma-Louise joined Meridian in May 2018 having qualified in 2013.  She is an Associate Partner in the Disputes team.

Emma-Louise deals with all aspects of contentious probate work including claims relating to the validity of a Will, financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between executors and beneficiaries and property disputes arising from a deceased individual’s estate.

She is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and also gives webinars and seminars to anyone who is interested!

Emma-Louise’s perfect day would involve an early morning cross fit session followed by a day spent with family and friends in Stratford upon Avon with some theatre, live music, good food and wine thrown in.
